Louise began her career training as a Dental Surgery Assistant in Tamworth.
Louise changed career direction and moved in to Retail Management, this managerial experience helped her to gain employment with the NHS. Louise started her NHS career as a Contracts Officer at Selly Oak Hospital Birmingham. During her 20 years with University Hospitals Birmingham NHS foundation Trust, Louise’s career held many varied Supervisory and Management roles, within Contracts, Outpatients, Appointments and ending her time with the trust as a Community Development Manager, where she worked with a dedicated team of Community Development Managers to implement, develop and maintain the trust services in a community setting, aiming to treat patients closer to home.
In her role as a Community Development Manager with the trust Louise worked with the team at Sutton Medical Consulting Centre forming close and professional working relationships. This relationship with the team was instrumental in the transition of Louise’s move from UHB to her position as Clinic Manager of Sutton Medical Consulting Centre.
Louise is committed to ensuring that Sutton Medical continues to provide a high standard of services that offer the best in care to local patients.
Sally joined Sutton Medical Consulting Centre in July 2007, and gained previous experience in various administration and reception roles over many years. Sally is responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of reception, dealing with appointment bookings for patients, assisting with telephone and other enquiries and any additional related administration for consultantâs and their clinics. Sally also assists with invoicing, and patient /insurance billing.
Sue joined the team in August 2011, she has previous administration experience including receptionist, secretarial and supervisory roles and has an extensive knowledge of operating (IT) systems. Sue will work alongside the other members of the reception team and will responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the reception and patient/insurance billing.
Sue is also a personal trainer in her spare time.
Collette joined the team in April 2011, she has gained experience in many varied receptionist roles including Scrivens Opticians, and GP surgeries. Collette went on to further her career in administration management roles and most recently worked in Cyprus as a Property Sales Manager.
Collette will work alongside the other members of the reception team and will responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the reception and patient/insurance billing.
